La Bastide du Jas Blanc is a 19th-century sheepfold set between sea and mountains in a pocket of greenery, with an exceptional view over the village of Callas. It is made up of two adjoining villas of 115 m² each, entirely independent and soundproofed from one another: each group keeps its privacy, and everyone meets outdoors for meals.
The 5,600 m² grounds are fully enclosed, with an automated gate and five to six parking spaces. The 80 cm stone walls keep the house naturally cool, and the air conditioning does the rest. Under the olive trees, the oaks and a two-hundred-year-old fig tree, several shaded areas invite you to eat or rest while looking out over Callas, glass of local rosé in hand.
The 4 × 8 metre infinity pool overlooks the valley. It can be heated to whatever temperature you like by a heat pump, and twelve sun loungers surround it. The village is a fifteen-minute walk away, the olive mill two minutes by car.
